We, as parents and daughter, of grade 12, needed guidance regarding our options post-school. We were introduced to FutureCaptains by some friends who sent us a link to one of the introductory talks. We picked a package offered by FutureCaptains which includes a personality profiling test, analysis, and personal discussion with counsellors. We were assigned to one of FutureCaptains' senior counsellors. We were given career choices to choose from along with a reason why it would suit my daughter. All our queries were answered. They opened our minds to a gamut of opportunities and how to pursue them. The session played a major role in helping my daughter decide on what she can be happy and fulfilled doing for the rest of her life.

I was first introduced to FutureCaptains through a classmate for the purpose of career guidance. My initial experience with the team involved a group career counseling session, which interested me in pursuing more guidance from Team FC. With this aim, I sought out a one-on-one career guidance session which included a personality profiling, English assessment as well as a personalized career assessment report. FC Counsellors was assigned to me as my personal career guidance counselor and they helped me narrow down my options for my college courses as well as a potential future career by means of her analysis of my assessments. The advice provided to me has been invaluable in helping me make my decision and strengthen my confidence in the vision I see of myself in the future. Before I heard of FutureCaptains, I was not very sure of whether the degree I am currently doing right now was the right thing to do. FutureCaptains was very helpful in giving guidance and excellent career options to chose from based on my personality and interests. After a session with one of their senior counsellors, I now have a much clearer idea on what I want and what I need to do to achieve it. I enrolled myself for the career counseling session and the college selection session a few months ago, I went through a few personality tests to find my area of interest and in which field I’m capable of doing better from that I shortlisted a few options, the counseling session was really helpful and the counselor who gave the session also concentrated on the aspects of which field interests me. The next session I preferred was the college selection counseling, in that session, I was briefed about the different colleges according to my preferred cities, as I was not satisfied with the first two sessions of the college selection, they provided me with another session which was helpful in shortlisting the universities. As parents, we were looking for some guidance pertaining to our child's field of interest. In my son's journey of preparing for engineering entrance exam and study schedule, even though he used to put in a good amount of hrs, there used to be bad days, where he couldn't continue studying at the same pace. These low days, spoilt all the good work he had been doing till that point and his overall consistency with his study schedules fell. Once the meeting with the counsellor for habit profiling was scheduled, she heard all about his process and schedule throughout the day. She was able to help him with some techniques to bring him back to his focus mode and also helped in suggesting some tweaks to his diet to help him overcome fatigue and suggestions for adding of additional nutrition sources at the intervals we had missed, certainly helped a lot to fix the problem. These suggestions when implemented helped him to stay on course and reduced the number of low productive days thereby improving efficiency in his work.Even though kids are well informed nowadays and actively try to find lot of solutions online for their roadblocks, this session of habit profiling helped in the finding out a holistic approach to cover all the areas of his schedule and filled in the gaps that helped him in his journey. Hi, Habit profiling was very helpful for Saanvi in identifying her weakness (procrastination) and how to work in improving it. My son went through the habit of profiling with future captains at the time when he was stressed about his 10th and overwhelmed with the portions. I think that was the best thing that happened for him as the coach understood his problem and gave him solutions which were easy to incorporate in daily life.
